Wild Dogs
Sighted on: 28.July.2025

During the evening vehicle safari, a pack of Dholes (Indian wild dogs) was sighted at a waterhole adjacent to the trail. The animals were observed drinking water and resting briefly before moving back into the forest.
The sighting occurred in a typical monsoon setting, with damp forest floors and reduced visibility due to cloud cover. The presence of a healthy prey base in Kabini supports regular sightings of dholes, especially during cooler hours of the day.
