Wild Dogs
Sighted on: 26.June.2025

During the evening safari, the golden light lit up the Kabini forest, casting a gentle glow over the trees. We were cruising along, enjoying being in the forest when, suddenly, the whistling hunters—Dholes, or Indian wild dogs—emerged from the undergrowth. Moving with skill and confidence, they stayed close and alert, full of energy and pride. These intelligent pack hunters reminded us why they are among the forest’s top predators. Watching them was both thrilling and humbling—a moment that truly brought the wilderness to life.
